3 Ingredient Walnut Fudge
If you thought making fudge needed fancy equipment or hours of cooking — think again! This 3-ingredient walnut fudge is unbelievably simple, rich, and perfectly nutty. You just need a microwave, a bowl or a mug, and 10 minutes. It’s so easy that even kids can make it without turning on the gas!
Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate (or milk chocolate if you prefer it sweeter)
- 200g condensed milk
- 100g walnuts (roughly chopped, plus a few for topping)
Instructions
- Toast the walnuts in a pan on low heat for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden. Let them cool. (This step brings out a deeper, nuttier flavor!)
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.
- Add the condensed milk and mix well. As you stir, you’ll notice the chocolate thickening and turning fudgy in texture — that’s the magic!
- Fold in the toasted walnuts (or as you’d say, “quirky mix them in!”).
- Pour immediately into a greased plate or pan and spread evenly before it firms up.
- Top with extra walnuts for that perfect crunch.
- You can enjoy it warm straight away or let it set for an hour before cutting into squares.
Quick Tips
- Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- For a warm treat: Microwave your fudge for 10–15 seconds before serving — it’ll taste freshly made again!
- Add-ons: Throw in a pinch of sea salt or a drizzle of caramel if you want to make it fancy
