Walnut Fudge

Walnut Fudge

3 Ingredient Walnut Fudge

If you thought making fudge needed fancy equipment or hours of cooking — think again! This 3-ingredient walnut fudge is unbelievably simple, rich, and perfectly nutty. You just need a microwave, a bowl or a mug, and 10 minutes. It’s so easy that even kids can make it without turning on the gas!

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate (or milk chocolate if you prefer it sweeter)
  • 200g condensed milk
  • 100g walnuts (roughly chopped, plus a few for topping)

Instructions

  1. Toast the walnuts in a pan on low heat for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden. Let them cool. (This step brings out a deeper, nuttier flavor!)
  2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.
  3. Add the condensed milk and mix well. As you stir, you’ll notice the chocolate thickening and turning fudgy in texture — that’s the magic!
  4. Fold in the toasted walnuts (or as you’d say, “quirky mix them in!”).
  5. Pour immediately into a greased plate or pan and spread evenly before it firms up.
  6. Top with extra walnuts for that perfect crunch.
  7. You can enjoy it warm straight away or let it set for an hour before cutting into squares.

Quick Tips

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
  • For a warm treat: Microwave your fudge for 10–15 seconds before serving — it’ll taste freshly made again!
  • Add-ons: Throw in a pinch of sea salt or a drizzle of caramel if you want to make it fancy
